Check the Foxy Profits News regularly and make sure you have the promo box ticked in your Account so you receive the weekly newsletter, offer alerts and exclusive deals.

Q: When do I get paid my free bingo money?

As soon as your Foxy Profits balance reaches £5 a big CASH OUT button will appear. Simply click that button to cash out your bingo money.

Your Foxy Bingo account will be funded within 30 days.

Q: I clicked 'Yes, I've done it' but my account balance stayed the same.

Your account balance is updated when Foxy Profits is paid by the merchants and that money is passed onto you. This may take up to 120 days, but is often much quicker!

If you are unsure if your offer has been tracked by the system, click on Account Details in the top right hand corner. Then click Account History to see a list of all the offers you have completed and their status.

Q: What do the different statuses mean?

  • Pending - This transaction has been tracked but is awaiting approval from the merchant. This can take up to 120 days but is often much quicker.
  • Validated - The offer has been confirmed and the Foxy Profits added to your account. You will be paid once you have £15 or more of validated cash. Payments are sent at the beginning of each month, 30 days in arrears.
  • Declined - This transaction has been invalidated by the merchant and the appropriate amount has been removed from your account balance.
  • On hold - This transaction has been placed on hold, subject to a quality control check.
  • Manual Adjustment - This amount has been added to your account by the Foxy Profits admin team.

Q: Why are there both Pending and Approved profits in the My Profits section?

Pending Profits is the total value of offers you have completed but that haven't been approved yet. When an offer is approved by the individual merchant, the value becomes an Approved Profit.

Q: A transaction in my account said pending. Now it's declined. Why?

Once you complete an offer the status is immediately set to pending. If a merchant declines to pay Foxy Profits for your application then the offer will be declined in your account and you will not be paid for it.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I log in?

Click the 'Password?' next to the email and password fields and a new one will be sent to your email account.

Q: This seems too good to be true. Is it a trick?

There's no trick! Foxy Profits gets paid a set amount of commission each time you complete an offer on the site. We've decided to share the money with you so you can play bingo for free all the time!
